Originally from New Jersey and now a longtime New Yorker, Gaby is Purl Soho’s Design Manager and Junior Editor. She has been knitting, crocheting, and sewing for 25 years, ever since she was ten, and used to visit Purl Soho’s Sullivan Street shop as a teenager. With a background in photography, library science, and jewelry making, Gaby brings a love of learning and working with her hands to everything she creates. When she’s not designing, she enjoys birdwatching, hiking, and watching movies and reality TV with her husband and their Bernedoodle, Big Mac.
