Somehow, everything on Purl Soho always ends up looking more gorgeous than on the site and feeling even more luscious than you could have imagined. The products here have ruined all other yarn for me because nothing else I’ve tried has compared. Using anything else would be like leaving heaven after already experiencing its beauty. The suri alpaca/merino yarn [Quartz] is the most magical yarn I've ever used. It’s so silky and soft that it’s almost dangerous, and when knit it up, it somehow feels like a luxurious mohair without the complications of working with lace. The Tussock yarn is the most enchanting color I've seen, and it feels like the softest silkiest creation ever made. And the baby alpaca [Season Alpaca] feels so otherworldly that it doesn’t feel like it came from this one. I’ve received versions of these yarns from other popular sites, and it feels illegal for their quality to be so beneath yours. Regarding every aspect, Purl Soho supersedes. I can’t believe how generous and kind the PS customer service employees are! They’ve been so good to me over the past 10 yrs of being a patron of PS! And over the past couple three yrs. they have offered sales on Purl Soho yarns and the sale is not something skimpy with discounts ranging from 15%-25% off! And lastly, the yarns they source out and offer to public are top notch and so nice to work with! They offer free patterns for yarns that have just been introduced into the PS family and when an employee knits up something new for a particular fiber. What more could one ask for from a business?
