Like a cutting garden in full bloom, hand-dyed Pocket Posy (and its partner, Posy) are seedlings for the imagination! Twenty-five-gram fingering weight Pocket Posy is little sibling to Posy, which is the same yarn in a bigger 100-gram skein. Both are a super soft blend of 75% superwash merino, 15% cashmere, and 10% nylon. They are machine washable, durable for socks and anything else hard working, and wonderfully soft for the baby in all of us. Pocket Posy is the perfect little skein for pops of color (toes, heels, cuffs), color work (stripes, Fair Isle, intarsia), pom poms, tassels, and all those other little jobs that require a thoughtful touch! The entire bouquet of eighteen Pocket Posy colors is beautifully hand dyed in Peru, each skein a subtle play of shades and all inspired by the details and revelations of a flower bed!
Note: If you’re using hand dyed yarn, like our Posy and Pocket Posy, it's always a good idea to hand wash each skein in cold water before winding it into a ball. Rinse until the water runs clear, then lay flat to dry. Very rich and saturated colors may require more steps. Visit our Re-Fixing Dye Tutorial to learn all about them!
Please Note: This spring we intend to convert our Posy collection from 100-gram to 50-gram skeins. In the meantime, enjoy 40% off the remaining 100-gram skeins and Pocket Posy skeins!
