About This Yarn

• Cotton Pure is unmercerized, which means it skipped out on avoidable chemical treatments and also that it's extra soft and absorbent, with a pleasing matte finish.
• A sport-weight yarn, its multi-strand structure is ten plies that are actually plied strands themselves, resulting in an incredibly strong and even yarn that creates a smooth stockinette, as well as beautiful stitch definition for stitch patterns from simple seed stitch to elaborate cables.
• Machine wash- and dry-able Cotton Pure is a practical (and lovely!) yarn for housewares and baby clothes, and it's gorgeous for lightweight blankets, wraps, and sweaters, too.
• The palette is a wild bouquet of colors taken from a landscape in full bloom: birch and linden trees, warm rocks, blue coastlines, and meadows of wildflowers... Beautiful!
• Each cone includes 1,000 grams of yarn... That's a whopping 2,789 yards!
