About This Yarn

• Fiddlehead's distinctive structure knits up into a surprisingly light fabric with a shockingly soft touch and a texture like a curly little lamb!
• Similar to a bouclé with its loops of fiber, Fiddlehead's alpaca roving runs along central threads in soft waves. Those central threads are also 100% alpaca, by the way, and are either an ecru color or black.
• All the colors in Fiddlehead's palette mix two shades of alpaca roving, sometimes very closely related colors and sometimes very different ones. Either way, the resulting colors are wonderfully complex and add depth to your finished knitting.
