• A 2-ply sibling to our beloved Nigh DK and Nigh Aran cashmere yarns, Nigh Fine has all the same exquisite qualities, perfect for treasured heirlooms, everyday comfort, and gifts for those nearest and dearest to your heart.
• This exceptional highest-grade cashmere comes from the mountains of Mongolia and the soft undercoat of the cashmere goats who live there. Just like this downy fiber keeps those goats warm and insulated without weighing them down, Nigh Fine does the same for you and yours.
• We make sure our cashmere gets an extra washing at the mill so that you experience its softness in your hands and on your needles. And once you block your finished piece, this yarn will relax and bloom even more into a floaty gossamer fabric with the delicate halo characteristic of fine cashmere.
• Nigh Fine is a fingering-weight yarn, knitting up beautifully on US size 1-4 needles, or hold it double and use bigger needles for more substantial fabric that still retains its incredible lightness.
