Designed by Julie Hoover, Harden is a classic raglan pullover with two different ribs creating lovely details. Worked flat in pieces from the bottom up, this design has a longer hem in back than front and a relaxed fit that goes anywhere anytime. To knit her Harden, Julie used our discontinued Understory, a mixture of 50% baby alpaca, 25% baby yak, and 25% silk. If you don't have any in your stash, a wonderful substitute would be our Hedgerow, a combo of 93% merino, 3.5% cashmere, 3.5% mulberry silk straight from County Donegal!

MATERIALS
Purl Soho Understory, 50% baby alpaca, 25% baby yak, 25% silk. Each skein is 250 yards/ 100 g skein. Julie used the colors Pink Earth and Willow Bark.
- 5 (6, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 9, 10) skeins; approximately 1195 (1275, 1415, 1500, 1645, 1750, 1950, 2080, 2250, 2375) yards
