This architectural wrap-front jacket will turn heads with its swingy flare. A bold zigzag cable blazes around the body of the coat, which is worked sideways in two directions from a provisional cast-on at the center back. Stitches are picked up for the upper back and united with the sleeves for a raglan yoke, then the blanket-style front portions continue horizontally. Finished chest circumference (with fronts overlapping): 37 (38.5, 40.5, 44, 48.5, 52) inches. You will need 12 (13, 13, 15, 16, 17) skeins of Brooklyn Tweed's Shelter. You will also need US #8, double pointed and 32-inch circular needles (OR size needed to obtain gauge), as well as 47-inch and double pointed needles two sizes smaller than gauge needle. Gauge is 18 stitches per 4 inches. Shown here in the color Sweatshirt.
