You guys are the best! Between helping me know when sales are coming, giving free shipping so I can add to an order I placed too quickly, the little freebies that have sometimes come in my orders, the help winding yarn and advice on color choices, I have come to assume Purl Soho has my knitter's back. And then there's the free patterns (mmm the classic beret, the colorwash blanket, the aspen scarf, the funny fold slippers) and on top of that, the glorious yarns. Thank you, Purl Soho!

Can you say Customer Service??!! This is not my first time reaching out to Purl Soho. Sometimes it’s to ask about a yarn, sometimes for help with a knitting technique, but this time it was for help with color and a yarn substitution. This time though, took time. Not only was I asking for help with color, I was also asking them to actually to pick 8 colors for me as a substitute for another major yarn company. Their response was unbelievably quick and honest. They (Zha Zha) was frank about really not having the proper color scheme for the project I was hoping to make. I understood. But then Zha Zha went above and beyond by sending me 3 free patterns that might work for me! And the cost of the yarn ended up being less expensive than my original project! And it was already bundled so I did not have to choose colors! Win/win for me! I have never been disappointed in this company and the quality of their products! But this time, they have secured a customer for life!

I’ve used MANY of their free patterns from knitting to sewing projects, and have also ordered yarns, fabrics, patterns and notions from them in the past and have never been disappointed in the quality. While it is rare that I’ve needed customer service, they are always quick to reply and are both courteous and helpful. The staff was and is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!!!!! The product are and continue to be wonderful.
