This relaxed take on a traditional turtleneck has a comfortable wide collar, slightly swingy cut and a flattering high-low hem. The front and back pieces are shaped with a curved (exposed) side seam for a little extra sophistication. Finished chest circumferences are 43.25 (47.25, 51.25, 55.25, 59.25, 63.25) inches with an intended ease of 10-13 inches. You will need 2430 (2625, 2905, 3130, 3420, 3670) yards of lace weight yarn in main color and 510 (550, 605, 645, 695, 735) yards in the contrast color. You will also need US #7 (4.5 mm)) 16 and 24-inch circular and double pointed needles OR size needed to obtain gauge, as well as 16 and 24-inch circular needles one size smaller than gauge needle. Gauge is 5 stitches per inch.
