Nysa is a crescent shawl, designed by Jared Flood, uses crisp and colorful Peerie and utilizes only garter stitch and a simple eyelet pattern, making it ideal for a “first shawl” pattern or last minute knit!   • 5 (6, 7) skeins of Brooklyn Tweed’s Peerie, shown in color Cassis; or 480 (840, 1470) yards total yards of fingering weight yarn

  • US 5 (3.75 mm), 32-inch circular needles or longer, or size needed to obtain gauge

  • A US F-5 (3.75 mm)  crochet hook, or the same size as your knitting needles
