Our shipping rates are flat rates, based on the location we are shipping to, and the level of service you choose. On International orders, if your shipping cost is less than what you were charged at the time of your order, you will receive a credit to your card. Here is an explanation of our three shipping levels:

In the USA, shipment will take 3 - 7 business days. In Canada, this is about 1 - 2 weeks. Internationally, you should expect 1-3 weeks.

In the USA shipment will be second day air (this is two business days). In Canada, expect delievery in 5 - 7 days. Internationally, shipment will take about a week and will include insurance and tracking. If the amount is the same as the Standard Shipping rate, there is no Expedited service for that particular country.

**FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES -THIS RATE IS FOR AN AVERAGE PACKAGE THAT WEIGHS ABOUT 5 POUNDS AND IS INSURED FOR UP TO $300.00 (US DOLLARS) IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OVER THIS WEIGHT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL SHIPPING.**
