Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive notice of their credit with purlsoho.com via E-mail.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be exchanged or replaced through our store in New York City.
Fabric, books, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.
