Finished dimensions for the cowl are 31 inches in circumference at the base and 24 inches at the top, and 9.5 inches high. Hat is 18 inches around the brim and 22 inches at the widest point, and 9 inches high. You will need 4 skeins total of Brooklyn Tweed Shelter (2 for the hat and 2 for the cowl), US #7, 16-inch circular needles and double pointed needles OR size needed to obtain gauge.
