From the legendary Makaibari Estate in Darjeeling, India, this biodynamic and organically grown tea has pronounced honey-sweet muscatel notes, rounded with an earthy malted and dark chocolate finish. To brew, bring 8oz/250ml water to 195F/90C, steep 1 teaspoon of tea for 5-7 minutes. This tea can be infused two times. $22 for 3oz/85g Atelier Bag and $47 for 3oz/85g silver plate Traveler Caddy.
