Designed by Julie Hoover for Manos Del Uruguay. These hand warmers are a knitters dream, quick, fascinating, and beautiful! Knit them up with approximately 440 yards of worsted weight yarn for a finished hand measurement of 7 (7 1/2, 8) inches and a forearm circumference of 9 1/2 (10, 10 1/2) inches and a length of 15 inches. These are shown in Manos Maxima, color Spirulina. Use US #8 double pointed needles or whatever size will give you the gauge of 16 stitches over 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
