Adult’s hat with finished dimensions of 18-inches unstretched circumference at brim, 7.25 (8.75)-inch height from base to top of crown. You will need 1 (2) skeins of Brooklyn Tweed Shelter, one 16-inch circular needle and set of double pointed needles in US 8 OR size needle to obtain gauge, one 16-inch circular needle two sizes smaller than gauge needle. Gauge is 4.5 stitches and 9 rows = 1 inch in garter stitch.
