To make, you will need 3 pieces of felt in coordinating colors measuring 18 x 36 inches, one additional piece in one of the above colors that measures 9 x 12 inches, an ecru strip of felt measuring 2 x 21 inches, ecru pearl cotton, one spool of ecru thread and one spool of coordinating thread, 1.5 yards of ecru rick rack and 1.5 yards of coordinating rick rack, 1.5 yards of grosgrain ribbon, 1.25 yards of embellished ribbon and embroidery needles.
